Ruocco Home ships 90% of orders within 24/48 hours quickly and safely using Express Courier and an efficient Customer Service.
Orders are confirmed by email on the same working day or following, if they are successful in payment by credit card, PayPal, cash on delivery. Orders are shipped, with prior confirmation via email, on the same working day or following order confirmation.
In Italy the costs amount to €4.90 and are indicated in the cart when completing the order.
The delivery time may vary due to force majeure, traffic conditions and road conditions in general or by act of the Authority.
Delivery will take place at the following times: from 9.00 to 18.00, every day, except holidays, from Monday to Friday.
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:
- that the number of packages and products delivered corresponds to what is indicated on the invoice
- that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered
Any external damage or mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately reported to the courier carrying out the delivery, adding the wording "CONTROL RESERVE" written on the courier's document and confirmed.
In the specific case of a damaged package, write "Withdrawal with reserve because the package is damaged". Immediately notify Ruocco Home Customer Service, by telephone or email, of any mismatch in packages or products or visible damage to the packages.
Once the courier document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objections regarding the characteristics of what was delivered.
The goods must be checked within 14 days of receipt. Any hidden damage or anomalies must be reported immediately to Ruocco Home Customer Service.
Any report beyond the aforementioned deadlines will not be taken into consideration. For each declaration, the Customer assumes full responsibility for what is declared.
In the event that the Customer does not collect what was ordered, the goods will be kept in firm storage at the express courier's warehouses for a maximum period of time. of 5 days. After 5 days the goods will be returned to our warehouses with consequent debit to the Customer for storage costs
